-handle a team of 15 collection agents (unsecured;ie:Credit Card)
-ensure collection process is carried out within the framework
-ensure compliance of legal and regulatory requirement
-Preferably Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
-Required language(s): English & have min 2 year (s) supervisory experience
-At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the collections related activities
