  • The candidate is responsible for entire recruitment process.
  • Develop strong and positive relationships with key stakeholders, upper management, hiring managers and HR business partners and be their first point of contact for all their hiring requirements for MNCs.
  • Drive company sales revenue and work closely with internal and external stakeholders and partners, to effectively position, promote, build brand value in the Malaysian market.
  • Sourcing, screening, short-listing and arranging for interviews for candidates. Provide candidates feedback.
  • Meet Sales Targets.
  • Must be an independent worker
  • Any other duties assigned by Management.


  • Must have experience working in an Employment Agency
  • 1 year in the role described above.
  • Results oriented, must hit sales targets.
  • Excellent people skills.
  • Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Bilingual with good written and spoken English and one other local language.
  • Diploma / Degree Holder preferably in Marketing, HR or Business discipline.
  • Malaysia Citizens and PRs only.
