Position: HR CONSULTANT
Responsibilities:
- The candidate is responsible for entire recruitment process.
- Develop strong and positive relationships with key stakeholders, upper management, hiring managers and HR business partners and be their first point of contact for all their hiring requirements for MNCs.
- Drive company sales revenue and work closely with internal and external stakeholders and partners, to effectively position, promote, build brand value in the Malaysian market.
- Sourcing, screening, short-listing and arranging for interviews for candidates. Provide candidates feedback.
- Meet Sales Targets.
- Must be an independent worker
- Any other duties assigned by Management.
Requirements:
- Must have experience working in an Employment Agency
- 1 year in the role described above.
- Results oriented, must hit sales targets.
- Excellent people skills.
- Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Bilingual with good written and spoken English and one other local language.
- Diploma / Degree Holder preferably in Marketing, HR or Business discipline.
- Malaysia Citizens and PRs only.
