Job Description :-
a) Make booking and issue tickets for Corporate Clients |

|
|
|
b) Handle Customers requests and complaints |
|
|
|
|
|
c) Prepare fare quotation and itinerary in compliance to customers policies |
|
|
d) Attend to telephone enquiries |
|
|
|
|
|
|
e) Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned |
Requirements:-
a) At least one year of ticketing knowledge |
|
|
|
|
|
b) Knowledge of Abacus or Amadeus an advantage as well ticketing issuance |
|
|
c) Able to speak English |
